This Finite Element Analyst will be performing detailed finite element calculations and analyses on coupled mechanical, thermal, and electrical systems. Candidate must have working knowledge and experience in mesh generation, transient dynamic solutions, and post processing. Military or defense-related experience and an understanding of operational planning is a strong plus. Specialized training and qualifications, experience with facility and system characterizations, 3-D computer modeling and the preparation and use of technical intelligence and/or targeting is also desired.
