Careers take flight: Demand for aerospace engineers, skilled trades on the rise

At their headquarters in Montreal, recruiters at Bombardier are gearing up to hire 1,500 new staff, primarily the engineers and skilled trades workers the company relies on to design and manufacture its expanding line of aircraft.

ASU launches new partnership with aerospace, defense industries

University officials and representatives of the private sector gathered Friday at ASU Polytechnic in east Mesa to launch a new research facility pairing Arizona State University with the aerospace and defense industries.
