Reporting to the North America Strategic Account Manager, the “Capture Manager” has overall global responsibility for developing proposals for winning Aerospace and Defense new business opportunities. The incumbent functions as the team leader for the entire new business capture and proposal effort. The “capture manager” also serves as the primary contact with the Aerospace strategic accounts managers regarding the business opportunity and proposal. It is a primary responsibility of the “capture manager” to obtain information about the customer and the opportunity that goes beyond the RFP.
